Product Launch - AMP ELISA Tests SARS-CoV-2
Serological detection of antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 is a valuable supplement to RNA detection by RT-PCR, as it enables determination of the seroprevalence of a population, tracing of previous exposure and identification of highly reactive human donors for generation of convalescent plasma.

AMP ELISA Tests for detection of SARS-CoV-2 antibodies are utilising the characteristics of SARS-CoV-2 spike protein by applying recombinant SARS-CoV-2 antigens expressed in insect cells, including N-protein, S1-RBD and S2-ECD.
​
Three different kits are available for detection of IgM, IgG or total antibodies and all of them can be processed both with semi- or fully automated ELISA equipment.
